In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

Access to the bgw88 Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bgw88 operates a strict over-21 policy in alignment with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own legal risk; bgw88 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties, including minors, are strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate Accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from Prohibited Conduct.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either initiated by yourself on the bgw88 Platform or notified by any other licensed gaming operator.

To access the full functionality of the bgw88 Platform, including real-money wagering and financial transactions, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a current email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your bgw88 Account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. bgw88 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account using your credentials, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify bgw88 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 KYC Verification

bgw88 is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by internal risk assessment thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit valid photographic identification (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original deposit source.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bgw88 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses. Accounts under active investigation for Prohibited Conduct cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bgw88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian payment channels. The following methods are supported:

All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bgw88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Payment methods accepted for deposits are, in principle, the same methods available for withdrawals, subject to technical availability at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts start from Rp 10.000 on e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 on bank transfer channels. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. bgw88 reserves the right to apply additional deposit controls to Accounts flagged by our responsible gaming monitoring systems, including those where a Player has voluntarily set a deposit limit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the following target timeframes: e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within 10 minutes; bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) within 30 minutes during normal Indonesian banking hours (WIB). bgw88 charges no fees on either deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside bgw88's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bgw88 Account. bgw88 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. Any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the Account holder's verified name will be declined pending resolution.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a completed deposit to bgw88 constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. bgw88 will suspend the relevant Account, pursue recovery of any funds obtained through chargeback, and report the matter to relevant financial institutions as appropriate.

bgw88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments including BRI Liga 1 and the EPL. All promotions are governed by these general Bonus Terms and any additional specific terms published with each promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• bgw88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms or through Prohibited Conduct.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through additional Accounts or in coordination with other Players will be treated as Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering-requirement fulfilment process.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days after the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation. bgw88 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.3 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to your Account and the associated wagering requirement has not been completed, bgw88 will forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal of your Real Money Balance. You will be informed of this forfeiture before the withdrawal is processed.

All games available on the bgw88 Platform — including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slot titles, Keno, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or sports betting section. These individual game rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) figures reflect statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Live Casino Integrity

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. bgw88 has no ability to influence live game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned to Players unless the outcome was already determined at the point of failure, in which case the recorded outcome stands.

6.3 Sportsbook Settlements

Sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change before a wager is confirmed. In the event of data feed errors or obvious pricing mistakes, bgw88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes, regardless of whether the wager was placed and accepted in good faith.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a game outcome, settlement, or technical incident must be raised with bgw88 support within 72 hours of the event. bgw88's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any rights you may have under the terms of the applicable gaming licence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgw88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent Account termination without recourse:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform interaction; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering systems, or any automated tool to place wagers, exploit bonus terms, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through coordinated play, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, or any other method deemed by bgw88 to constitute abuse.
• Money Laundering: Using the bgw88 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of any criminal activity. bgw88 will report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
• Underage Gaming: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21 years of age.
• Unauthorised Software: Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.

bgw88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

8.1 Available Tools

All Players have access to the following responsible gaming controls directly from their Account dashboard, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the duration of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at defined intervals to notify you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bgw88 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Reinstatement after the exclusion period requires a formal request and a mandatory 7-day waiting period.

8.2 Reality Checks

bgw88 may periodically display session summary information during extended play sessions, showing total time played and net wagering result. These reality checks are designed to help Players maintain awareness of their gaming activity and make informed decisions about continuing play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgw88's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bgw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bgw88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgw88 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: (a) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside bgw88's reasonable control; (b) third-party payment processing delays or failures; (c) errors in data feeds used to settle sportsbook markets; (d) your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; or (e) your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bgw88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bgw88's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

bgw88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used exclusively for identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with applicable licensing obligations.

bgw88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bgw88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of bgw88's licensing authority. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
